We’re on a mission to build the infrastructure for trusted neighborhood services.

Home services shouldn't be a hassle of scheduling, rescheduling, and overpaying. Our team is passionate about making them work better for everyone.

Our Story

The idea behind Bulqit started with a simple observation: neighborhoods have enormous collective purchasing power, but almost nobody is helping them use it.

For decades, homeowners have purchased recurring home services one household at a time. The result is fragmented demand, inefficient routes, inconsistent service quality, and higher prices for everyone involved. Vendors spend time driving instead of servicing customers. Homeowners spend time searching, scheduling, comparing quotes, and managing multiple providers.

We believed there was a better way.

Before Bulqit, our team helped transform another industry by organizing demand at scale. By bringing customers together, negotiating collectively, and creating operational efficiencies, we built the nation's largest independent Internet service provider.

That experience reinforced a simple lesson: when people organize around shared infrastructure, everyone benefits.

We saw the same opportunity in home services.

Across the country, millions of homeowners live in neighborhoods, master-planned communities, HOAs, and residential developments that already function as communities, yet still purchase services individually. At the same time, service providers face rising customer acquisition costs, labor shortages, inefficient routes, and growing pressure on margins.

Bulqit was built to solve both problems.

By organizing demand at the neighborhood level, Bulqit helps homeowners access better pricing, more reliable service, and a simpler experience. Vendors benefit from concentrated demand, recurring revenue, reduced drive time, higher route density, and more efficient operations

Today, Bulqit has secured partnerships across the home services ecosystem, including homebuilders, HOAs, real estate professionals, neighborhood organizations, and service providers. The platform has been built, the operating model has been established, and Bulqit Blocks are being developed in communities across the country.

The Bulqit platform is built around recurring services such as landscaping, pool maintenance, pest control, window washing, trash bin cleaning, and exterior cleaning. These categories represent only the beginning of what neighborhoods can purchase collectively.

This isn't our first time building infrastructure at scale.

We've done it before.

And we're doing it again.

Bulqit is creating the operating system for neighborhood services.

Our vision is simple: transform fragmented household spending into coordinated neighborhood demand, creating a better experience for homeowners, stronger businesses for vendors, and more connected communities for everyone.

Because neighborhoods shouldn't operate as thousands of individual households.

They should work together.

And we're building the platform that makes that possible.

Our Values

People First. Block Always.

We believe in the power of neighbors acting together. We serve real people, not just “users,” and obsess over their experience. Real people. Real conversations. Real support. Real results.

Shared Wins, Shared Work.

Homeowners, vendors, and entire blocks—everyone’s success is connected. This isn’t gig work or lead-chasing. It’s a neighborhood partnership. Our members trust us. Our vendors hustle. We back both with fairness and a platform built to deliver.

Integrity Over Ease.

We do what’s right, not what’s easy. We earn trust by taking responsibility, owning outcomes, and making things actually work. No blame games. No fluff. Just smooth, quiet infrastructure that does its job.

Fix What’s Broken.

We’re not chasing shiny trends—we’re solving real problems. We fight complexity with simplicity. We obsess over friction and sweat the details because small changes can unlock massive impact.
