Vendors compete to win the Block, and the selected vendor provides one bulk price - usually based on about 25 homes. That bulk price is then divided fairly using a unit of measure, such as number of windows for window washing, lot size for lawn care, or surface square footage for pool cleaning. This ensures everyone pays a transparent, predictable rate that reflects their home while benefiting from group pricing.
